JSAMP v0.2

Hi

I've released a new version of JSAMP, version 0.2.  It's available at
the usual place:

     http://deployer.astrogrid.org/software/jsamp/index.html

The details of the changes from v0.1 are given at:

     http://deployer.astrogrid.org/software/jsamp/history.html

but the headlines are:

     - it now has a pluggable XML-RPC layer, and can be run if desired
       without any external libraries (Apache XML-RPC no longer required,
       though can optionally be used)

     - new utility/debugging command "snooper" allows you to examine
       messages sent even if no client consuming them exists yet

     - a number of new GUI facilities available which makes it easier to
       add high-level SAMP functionality to graphical applications
